Our central help desks are fully geared up and well trained to receive your 24X7 service requests to meet committed SLAs as well as emergency recovery processes. The CRM solutions help us analyse the tickets and plan corrective/preventive actions including spares and inventory planning, systems upgrade and technology refresh suggestions.
